This milky white, semi round smooth turnip has an erect growing pattern. Its greens can be picked early and used as microgreens. Best when grown in early spring, with the bulb reaching 2 in. in diameter. The flavor is delicate and sweet.

Planting Information:

When and Where to Plant: Select a sunny location, cultivate soil, and plant in early spring as soon as soil can be worked. Continue planting at two week intervals until early summer. Start successive plantings again in late summer. Firm soil over seed and keep moist.
Care: Keep soil moist, weed free, and apply vegetable food every 4 weeks.
Harvesting: Pick outer greens when the plants are young. Begin pulling roots when they reach 2 in. in diameter.
