Introducing our family coffee, Santa Lucía from Honduras, the epitome of tradition, quality, family heritage, and social responsibility. Nelson Amador, the owner of Five Star, grew up on his grandfather's coffee farm, Finca Santa Lucía, in the highlands of Tres Pinos, Comayagua, Honduras. This farm has been in our family for more than 80 years and is still currently managed by Nelson's grandfather, Raul Rodriguez. It is renowned for its expertly grown Bourbon and Lempira varieties, yielding a delicious bean that roasts well both medium and dark with exceptional versatility and taste.

As a coffee roaster, we take pride in our unique connection to the land and the people who cultivate the coffee we serve. Our Santa Lucía coffee is not only a celebration of the heritage and passion of our family, passed down from generation to generation, but it is also a commitment to sustainability and social responsibility. This coffee is certified Organic and Bird Friendly, ensuring that it is grown with care for the environment and the creatures that call it home.
