I Won Against Psoriasis: A Recovery Diary: Natural healing using home remedies

Psoriasis is an incurable skin condition that is irritating and can create many obstacles in its victims' life. 'I Won Against Psoriasis' is a recovery journal that illustrates my personal experience of Psoriasis and how I have overcome the battle against this chronic skin disease. The manuscript consists of a series of diary entries and 'Tiny Tips' written by me during the time I was suffering from Psoriasis. This book also contains a collection of photographs that I took over that time to show proof of my healing process. The method I used is called the 'mung bean treatment'. The main part of the treatment is to consume mung bean liquid from mung bean soup as well as using it for an external wash. After consistently washing for 6 months, 70-80% of the early patches, that appeared during the first outbreak in the first 3 months was completely healed. I almost completely healed in 2013, one year after I started. Then I got a new job and started living a normal life. It has been more than 5 years since I started. Frankly, I wasn't willing to review my diary simply because there are so many painful memories I'd actually like to permanently remove from my head. Until one day when I browsing on Kindle, I saw some healing stories on it. I felt a strong sense of responsibility to share my story with others. My goal is to essentially spread this message to other patients/families of patients to give emotional support as well as letting them know about a potential method to cure themselves.
