The Fire Patrol 304 Stainless Steel Grease Filter is constructed of formed type 304 stainless steel channel, securely connected with heavy stainless rivets. Filtering media consists of two layers of 304 stainless steel roll formed baffles, precisely designed to prevent flame from penetrating the filter. As grease laden air passes through the filter, it collects the grease, allowing grease to drain into the trough below.
Baffles are made of 304 stainless steel, roll formed to exact specifications. Frame shall be made of 304 stainless steel, not less than .024 thickness, joined with stainless steel rivets. Type 430 stainless steel has a magnetic quality.
